First Monday of the week.
Well, weigh in was great! I am down 11 lbs! That was awesome. BUT, of course that day was also my husband's birthday so I indulged a little in birthday celebratory food that night and went waaaaay over my points. But I'm back on track now.
I'm so tired today I just want to fall down and sleep. But I am going to go exercise today even if all I can muster is a walk. I have to do this so I don't go backwards in my weight loss efforts. I'm so eager to see if weight Watchers will get me down through the 160's. That would be huge for me.
I haven't weighed since my celebratory gourmanding. I will have to take my medicine tomorrow and hop on that scale for damage control, lol.
Well, I'm tired so I'm gonna keep this sweet and short, today.
